Disappointing in both Portion Size and Service
Mijane Garlic Dakdoritang
One evening after work, when I was craving a drink, I searched for a suitable spot and the name ‘Mijane Garlic Dakdoritang’ near Seoul City Hall Station—a place I’d wanted to visit for a while—caught my eye.
With like-minded companions, we headed straight to ‘Mijane Garlic Dakdoritang’ like a flash!

The sign and entrance were heavily steeped in the vibe of an old, established restaurant (Nopo).

Having eaten there now, I believe the prices on the menu are extremely high (overpriced).

The photo above is the ‘Large’ size of the ‘Garlic Dakdoritang,’ priced at 48,000 KRW. As you can see, it contained a very small chicken. There were hardly any vegetables, and I recall there being only two half-slices of potato.
We ordered Bokkeumbap (fried rice), but they completely ignored us. When we repeated the order, they told us to wait and then paid no attention, so we just left.
As we were leaving, the owner/manager (Ahjumma) told us we were the “best customers for eating quickly and leaving,” which sounded entirely like sarcasm to me.
